Looks GREAT and you might have gotten lucky with a wider-fender 914.
Then again the tire size is a big factor, my 16x6 run 205 tires and I don't think there's a way to make a 16x7 with 205 fit w/o a custom 7R offset wheel. Great looking refinish by Peter...I might have to send my wheels out there (it's on the list of to-dos) |

Remember when slits ran 15x7’s and had to go to a 185 width of tire to fit in a stock fender. That is more often the norm for fender clearance on a 914 Looks great though And I’ve punched out two 914’s now to run 225 x 15 on both of my 914s. But had to paint them both |
