Has anyone had any luck with the cheaper fuel sending units verses the $400.00 +
factory one. I have one that reads half when it's full. The unit is a very simple unit, is there a simple fix ? |

I repaired my original but the fix didn’t last long it was hanging up at about 1/4 tank, I bought the cheapest one on eBay from a seller in Germany maybe $65 delivered in 4 days. The replacement seems a little erratic but I think that might be related to some voltage fluctuations in my wiring. I haven’t run the fuel down to the reserve yet to test the light, which wasn’t working with my original unit. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.
