What is the correct oil temperature sender for this oil temperature gauge on the right hand side?

Nope & nope.
The combo gauge can often be found with a temp insert up top rather than the "idiot" light (hard to see but still there on R.) & the range should be 300F (approx 150C) = VDO 323-055 replacement sender
