GT reinforcement kit from Otto's, Maybe early members remember... Options

I came across this GT reinforcement that was made many years ago by John Williamson (RIP), owner of Otto's in Venice.

I am wondering if anyone here is familiar with it? Maybe they have this kit on their car? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

I have figured out where four out of the six panels go, but I am puzzled as for the last two.

It’s a miracle I found it. Pretty crude, but this is what came with the kit.

Thanks for finding/sending this, it is a bit rough but does have some information. I will be adding one of these to a chassis I repaired due to rust damage. Will never see the track under my ownership and I prefer narrow tires in place of wide tires.
