I came across this GT reinforcement that was made many years ago by John Williamson (RIP), owner of Otto's in Venice.
I am wondering if anyone here is familiar with it? Maybe they have this kit on their car? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) I have figured out where four out of the six panels go, but I am puzzled as for the last two. Where would part 1 and 2 go? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Thanks! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) ![]() |

@Steve , thank you for posting these.
Agreed, picture 2 I believe I am seeing what I have labeled as #1 and pictured earlier holding it with my finger. What I have as #2 seems oddly placed on you car. That being said, #2 have no holes for plug welds and therefore were probably not meant as a double layer like all the other pieces but rather like a gusset like you have it on you car? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) I did see pictures of an original kit somewhere and saved the pictures. The current offered kit (Maddogs) does not add reinforcement to the suspension ears per say. It does have that long arched panel in the upper wheel well. Thanks! Good stuff shared here!
