I’m dismantling my 1941 Cadillac and saw these when I pulled the seats. I had no idea they thought of heated seats in 1941. There are circular heater cores around each fan and they’re plumbed into the main heater lines. Pretty cool!

Put those in your 914 and you'll be able to levitate!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I guess the passenger doesn't need to be quite as warm as the driver

It’s funny but when I noticed the 2 blade fan I thought it was probably replaced at some point, but at closer inspection, you can tell one blade broke off (has jagged edge) and they cut the other blade off to balance it (has a clean cut).
