just bought a set of 911 hubs last week
shoulda bought these instead (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/headbang.gif)

these allow you to use 986 or 996 rotors

Mine look like the same rotors above (996TT) and they're mounted to the outside of '77 911 hubs.

I took the hubs and rotors to my machinist and told him to make the rotor a press fit. He had to remove about .030 off the hub to make it fit.
