Just to be on the safe side, I took a little drive this morning to check out the roads for our Saturday run. Same old boring PCH, Mulholland, Decker, Potrero, etc. Mid 60's at the beach, mid 70's inland. Roads are all clear.
Then one last trip by the Rock Store to Paramount Ranch. Nice little event going on there, so though I would share the pix. A club called the Fabulous 50's, but these ain't Chevvies and Fords (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) Coupla 550's Attached image(s)

Is that the same Old Yeller that I saw race in the Times Grand Prix at riverside in 1960? That same race I saw Carrol Shelby drive a Mazerati Birdcage. There was also a Corvette Stingray. I used to have a cutaway drawing of Old Yeller from I think Sports Car Graphic. Wish I still had it. cheers, Elliot |
