Hi Gang,
I have two exhaust i am thinking about putting on my 914... an original exhaust ....or an Monza dual exhaust... which one is better ? I have put both of them on and test it out...seem like the Monza is a little loud. does it make a different in performance???? thank Gang (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/party.gif) |

The original exhaust (banana) is considered to be a very good unit, much better than the Monza. If you like the 4 pipes out of the Monza it's another question.
Put whatever one you feel like, at worst, it's 2 gaskets and 6 bolts to be changed afterwards. And yes the Monza is pretty loud, if you can take it good but it gets you tired on long trips. Mihai |
