This is just to get things started.
Date: June 11, 2005 What: Run old Route 66 in your teener between Williams/Ash Fork, Arizona and Laughlin, NV. We're still working out the details, like exactly where to start/end and which direction to run the old road, but it's officially on and you're gonna have a great time! It's still just warm, not hot in that part of Arizona in June. Just bring your shades! It looks like Ernie has vanished into thin air. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)
Anyway, back to the business at hand. Good news on the breakfast confirmation in Ash Fork. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/clap.gif) Now about dinner (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/chowtime.gif) In an earlier post you said -
I am not a big buffet fan. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/barf.gif) What about the Moonshadow Grille at the Avi? After a long day on the road I would like to be served a nice meal instead of having to stand in a buffet line. I can call now and make a tennative reservation and then give them the final count on the morning of the event. How many people do you expect we will have? 10? 20? What would be a good time to shoot for? 8:00? |
