al blose and i will be heading up to Chinook Pass later this am to take advantage of this 90* day we're going to have. late b-fast or lunch in Green Water and then the climb up the switchbacks to the Cascade crest. beautiful vistas of the back side of Mt Rainier. pictures around 6pm.

I had to call in sick with something wrong with my eyes, I just could see myself working on such a lovely day! Wooo HOO
Too bad when I push the doors of the garage open, I saw some sawdust and a few black ants... Pull off the trim, and looky here! a nice nest of Carpenter Ants complete with with larva and a really REALLY big ant. I think she is the queen or should I saw WAS!
