When the Urals first came out they were an absolute mess mechanically. Maintenance was a nightmare. If you intend to purchase one look into what kind of support you may get from Ural. It may not be more than a sympathy card. The initial bucks may look good for a bike and side car, but remember, you will be doing the wrenching and parts may not be available. It's much harder than living with a 914 habit.
