I am building a 914/6 conversion with the steel fender flares from AA. I am looking for 16” Fuchs for this project. I know that normally they had 7” in the front and 8” in the rear.
My question is can I run 8 inch wide 16” wheels both in the front and the back and is there a reason that I shouldn’t do this? Jeff B Canton, Ohio |

I know a 914-6 runing standard front flares running 255's on 17's on 9inch rims in the front. They clear fine.
I would say your spacing is very important, but I know you can fit some pretty meaty tires under flares. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) |
