Hello! I am a new member. I have been lurking for a while now just reading and absorbing all of the great info on this site. I dont have a 914 yet but I am looking. Looked at an original 1971 2.0 6 cyl. today. The owner wants 5K. Will attach some pics and let me know what you all think it is worth. Thanks!

I took care of it; I hope it's satisfactory. Welcome to the club. That particular 914/6 my well be worth $5k, but I agree with the others. That car will cost you a fortune to restore and a *lot* of time. More than likely you will never finish it. If you've owned a 914 before or have a 914 to drive while you work on a project of that magnitude, you might have the passion to finish that project. Otherwise, it's not the best way to start. Ask me how I know... |
