I've found some wheels that may be in good shape and that I may like to buy but I spoke to the guy on the phone and he sounds like a young kid (teenager). I normally would pay using PayPal but since I have a Canadian PayPal account I don't get any buyer protection services from PayPal. How could I buy these wheels without getting ripped-off? I got ripped-off on ebay a month ago and these wheels are much more expensive than the ebay item.
Thanks, Alfred |

QUOTE(Alfred @ Aug 6 2003, 01:08 PM) Thanks, I've done all that. If I send him the money and he turns out to be a crook and doesn't ship, then I can just kiss my money goodbye. unless you do a COD (cash on delivery) deal ... |
