I've found some wheels that may be in good shape and that I may like to buy but I spoke to the guy on the phone and he sounds like a young kid (teenager). I normally would pay using PayPal but since I have a Canadian PayPal account I don't get any buyer protection services from PayPal. How could I buy these wheels without getting ripped-off? I got ripped-off on ebay a month ago and these wheels are much more expensive than the ebay item.
Thanks, Alfred |

you can do an escrow thing.
There are companies that handle it, but I've never used one. You pay the escrow company, he sends you the wheels, when wheels arrive, they send money. That may not be the exact way it works, but its something like that! |
