ok, what is the correct term for this piece?? Is it the suspension console?? (i dont think so...) can i buy a replacement, or do i have to fabricate my own?? Thanks guys!!

It can be done but take a hard look at the rest of the car. Us north/east guys have tackled worse but at what cost.
I think you would need a donor car at least or you have to hand fab the parts. |
