I am up to the point off finishing my dash. I got my new dash face material from Pelican but it didn't include the part between the padded section and the windshield or the gauges. My dash was covered with what looks like rollbar vinyl on the face, gauge plate and on the top. Does anyone have pictures of what it should look like originally or al least know what they are supposed to be cover with?

To add to what Brad said...
When you strip the old crap off - clean, clean, clean. Any old glue residue or dirt found under the old vinyl will be visible when you cover with new vinyl... especially if you decided to go with a smooth vinyl like I did. The basket-weave textured stuff is more forgiving. -Rusty (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smoke.gif) |
