"neo" translates to "New" in German thus "neo914-6" What would a 914-6 look like today? It's cliche but so true: If you fail to plan then you plan to fail... I went to the DMV to get my personalized plates activated and transfer registration so the DMV lady tells me it was never applied for non-operation, oh and by the way it also needs smog certification. She says "oh, you're right." 5 minutes later she prints out and gives me the registration as if it were a running car. Thanks alot Bill!
