I had the same problem as far as needing a sway bar on my teener but I already had one (it just wasn't adjusted very well). Here is a pic of mine before I adjusted it. It is a 19mm weltmeister.

After I adjusted it (3" from the end) I had one of the guys tell me that I was lifting my front wheel when making a hard turn. I was amazed at how it affected my teener. To be honest I think it was a very good learning experience for me to see how much it affected the handling of the car.
