What's the recommended solvent for cleaing CV Joints?
I have a full dozen to clean and inspect (and select the best 4 to put back on.) This has got to be the messiest job I've seen on a car.... Thanks, Gary. PS: Anyone need/want a CV Joint or 2? I will have some left over. |

It must have been grimy and greasy.
We will start cleaning my wifes car this weekend for the MUSR. She drives it EVERY day to and from work (about 60 miles a day).. I know it will be a mess. I try and clean the underside during every oil change and valve adjust. B |
