again the sacramento car makes me appreciate the general condition. some suface rust but most of the discoloration is adhesive. re an older post about not glueing in the new seal. how are you supposed to get the new one to stay in place?

i just used a drop of silicon evey foot or so to hold it in place.
works great so far. i also used the silicon to glue the seal ends together where they had separated. seems to hold up well. Andy |
