Here are some pics of Vin# 4072 the 4th to the last 914 built. So we now know who has the 4th 914/6 built (Brad) and Kent Carlson who has this one.
Note the wrong turn signal lenses and lack of rollbar vinyl. Now to find the last one made! Geoff Attached image(s) |

I thought I recall that they were supposedly loaded with factory 'options'... The missing Targa vinyl is a big surprise to me, other sources say that from 74-on, all USA 914s had vinyl standard. By any chance did Kent also give you the chassis number off the paint code plate or drivers door sticker date? I have been curious to know what month they were actually done producing 914s. Any chance it was a late 1975 date? |
