I'm hooking up a 930 box on my V-8 car and I'm investigating what linkage set up I should use. I've seen some slick cable shifters out there and have a question. "Is there anyone out there running Rod Simpson's mechanical hard linkage on a 930 box? If so, How do you like how it works? Any ideas to improve upon his design?? How does it compare to a well done cable shift set up? Rod Simpson's linkage is designed with the 915 in mind...but the 930 arrangement is nearly identical. I don't see why you couldn't adapt his kit to a 930 box and make it function properly. Any comments from anyone would be appreciated.
