saw a beautiful yellow car on 17w near Owego NY, all yellow, rockers, sail panels, roof, ect. looked to have polished 5 lug fuchs. didn't get a good look as i was going the other direction.
also saw a rusted out silver '74 1.8 in Vestal NY, perfect interior, but thats about all the good i can say about that car. these belong to anyone? |

yea, but the engine was built up by the previous owner (my uncle) when a valve seat went, unforunately i don't know what was done to it cuz he can't remember. i know it has larger p/c's and work was done to the heads, but i don't have a clue about it. it does still have the fuel injection though. maybe someday my uncle will find the build sheet for it.
this was his second 914, the first one he had was a factory 6, it got backed into in a parking lot, so he got rid of it and got this one. He tried to have the engine built to have about the same power as his 6 used to. he told me that the power is close. but i've never driven a 6 myself so i don't know. |
