Anyone remember that crazy guy back in like 97 who over clocked a 200 celeron to I believe 2 gigs?
He put the board and chip in a Styrocoam cooler, filled it with mineral oil, and had a pump and cooler circulating the mineral oil I think he was chilling it to -10F. It was goofy as hell, but it did work. The Costco swap on computers sounds cool, but I don't think I'm ready to start using a machine I didn't build. |
