Assuming we can get one techinical problem worked out, the Parade is gonna have a killer AX course. Half parking lot half race track. Half moderate speed and half not moderate speed (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) Top speed looks to be around 90 ish. Both the track junkies & the AX wonks will have their places to shine. BTW, the Saturday after the Parade, there will be a DE and AX at PIR. The ORPCA has the joint all day. 35 bucks for the AX....which will include lunch & a t-shirt. I'm not sure of the DE cost as yet. A link. http://www.pca.org/parade/2006/ |

The PCA has some "funny" ways of doing things.
The word I got was that the Hershey Parade had 1200 applicants and accepted 700 of those.(300+ AXers) Apparently, various "officials" of regional & the national clubs have 1st dibs on available slots. I don't expect that number of applications out here in the NW, but ya never know. Get you applications in NOW if ya really wanna get in...that would be your best shot. The Parade course will be pretty simple.....so dabblers can find their way around. The "AfterParadeAX" will be a sneaky SOB (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) .....rough too, unfortunately.
