I saw the sun this morning so that must mean that spring his here!
I would like to get some of the hearty puget sound 914 owners to come over to Bremerton Family Pancake House and then for a drive like last year... If it is THAT nice of a day (like alsat year) we could even drive out to Dawato bay on Hood Canal... great twisties and scenery can not be beat! Here is what is on the calender for me: Feb 5 Superbowl out of town (not going to the game) Feb 18 PCA Autocross practice (we could show up enmass and just freak the wine and cheeze folks!) March 10-12 Race driver school and Seattle enduro at Pacific Raceway. So lets start thinking about a day. I would suggest something in Gig Harbor as a sencondary local, but Dave might not want all of us blasting around his nieghborhood, that is his favorite pastime! not Kev, But he's my neighbor,
75 1.8 he bought 16 or more years ago, He jacked out the rear fenders ,has 15x8'sfuchs all around , SC struts , nice car O rust did the motor meister quick six2.7 thats when I met him . Actually after the motor meister plastic air cleaners caught fire. he put quite a few miles on it and it needed freshening. So between he and I , It now has a 2.5 short stroke sand cast case 9.5-1 ,E cams, S ports.weber carbs The motor meister case and motor mount is in mikes car (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif) hey it was cheap. |
