has anyone removed this seal with the windshield in the car...besides Aaron?

Aaron, my friends call me gorilla paws, does that give you an idea about the size of my hands? no really, I dont feel like pulling the windshield and tearing up the windshield trim...the seal has a couple of cracks, maybe I will wait to replace it...or see how other people do changing the seal.
