I am putting a 2.0L exhaust on my 1.7L 914 and i was wondering do i buy the 2.0L cylinder head gasket or the 1.7L cylinder head gasket.

Good Job Britt,
I use copper RTV to hold the rings in place till the stub pipes cinch down. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif) When putting 2.0L SSI on make sure that the sealing surfaces are clean and straight and even with each other. not all cockeyed. You can do this with a BIG flat file. I hated wrestling 2.0L SSI's not to mention making a deal with the devil when torqueing down the NEW nuts. |
