Someone posted a pic of a Boxster muffler cut open to display the baffling/routing. Does anyone have any additional pics?? I'm planning on modifying a Boxster muff ( ala 911 sport muff method) and I'll take any references I can get.
Also.........Someone posted a cool before/after pic of a 911 sport muff mod and I'll be damned if I see how a balanced flow is achieved for each header input. Am I missing something or does the baffling not matter because 90% of the flow just goes from the input pipe to the output pipe? Sport muff mod pic: Attached image(s) |

I have one of those Sport Mufflers for my 914/4 2.0
It was made from an OEM muffler just like a 911 or 914/6. I got it from AJR many years ago and it was expensive but it maybe one of the best, most fun parts I ever put on the car. Loud? yea... maybe a little. Attached image(s) |
