This is what I have for the front. My car did not have bars installed before. I have a UTab kit as well as what you see here.
What do the 4 small tabs do?

I made mine. Just found some steel the same thickness as the outside mounts & cut them with a jig saw then drilled the holes. The lower hole was the tricky one tho. Had to use AB epoxy to hold the nut to the plate while I screwed the bolt in from the fender well... and it worked (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)
