How I restored my post 75 door panels, Step by step with pictures

I took pictures anyway ... The vinyl was in bad shape but the core panel was almost OK ... Tht's what I was looking for ... First of all, I removed the old vinyl. Smooth vinyl must be reversed ... the first paperboard band and stapple ! Use long stapples this time. I used 6 mm this time (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/johannes.roussel.free.fr-179-1274228008.2.JPG) Cut the basketweave vinyl so it fits. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/johannes.roussel.free.fr-179-1274228013.3.JPG) Stapple ... short stapples needed .
