Now , its time to remove those ugly panels. I don't like speakers and WTF is this screw doing here ?

I assume you know how to remove panels ... I took pictures anyway ...

I found some panels with no holes ... The vinyl was in bad shape but the core panel was almost OK ... Tht's what I was looking for ...
First of all, I removed the old vinyl.

Now, let's clean this 30 years old dust

Not that straight, but steam will cure that

Excellent job, I didn't know you could use an iron to straighten the door panels.
