In driving my 914 turbo Ford I have found that I can't get much above 3500 rpm. I suspect that the Bosch pump might not be compatible with the Ford EFI. I kept the pump because it is externally mounted (vs. tank mount for the Ford pump) and I saw a guy who was successfully running a 280ZX pump (which I think is basically the same as the 914 pump) on his EFI 5.0 HO Bronco. Does anyone know the basics of the fuel pressure vs. rpm curve for a stock pump on a 1973 1.7? I think I need about 30 psi at idle and 70 psi max.
