The composite rear bumper is further along but I'd thought I'd post what it took to build it. layers of fiberglass on a rear clip positioned up (thanks Jason), urethane foam with plastic coated cardboard forms for the license and Boxster bumperette pocket, then a layer of fiberglass using polycarbonate sheet for flatness...
