Some idiot slid into my car while in traffic. I was moving along with the rest of the crowd when this kid was going a lot faster than the rest of us. He saw the long line of cars braking, locked up his brakes, and slid 20 feet into my rear deck lid. The road was damp from a dewy kind of morning. He had a lifted truck with one of the bars in the front and it tore up my deck lid. Only the deck lid was damaged but the body shop doing the repair doesn't have a price on a new deck lid. You guys have any idea what a stock steel one would of costed? I tried googling but only found fiberglass. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
