My 914 seat belt retractors don't work very well. I'd like to keep the retractable function. Does anyone repair the retractors? The belts and the rest of the harware seem okay.
Does anyone know anything about the eBay item # 330088556824 belts? Mel |

I was talking to Clay the other day about seat belts and he said that 944 seat belts are pretty much bolt on replacement for the 914. He did say that there was a bolt or a shim that you had to cut off, but other than that, it was a direct replacement. |

There is a big-assed pin on the 944 seat belt that sticks out the back of it. That pin has to be removed to install it in a 914. And I know a Red water pumper that really doesn't need seat belts because it never goes very fast... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) |
