So today I was able to go and pick up the car and get it home. It was a little harder than I thought it would be and now I am exhausted. The hoist I used weighed about 250 lbs each and had to be lifted on and off the trailer twice. I went with a friend and were able to get it up and off the trailer with out incident. I when I got the car home I was able to empty out the trunks etc which had alot of VW and 914 parts. From what I found in the trunks ir appears that the car was last on the road in 1986 or when postage was 22 cents. There were even 2 glass 16 oz Pepsi bottles in the front truck. I am exhausted so I'll post pic instead of writing.
