Scenario: driver calls last night 11pm, says the car will be here at 7am, long story short, I get a few more calls and the car will be here between 3 and 6pm. I'll update..

then the ? is how much do you tip the guy. 5,10,20? do you tip the plumber, your doctor, the clerk at the check out line? it's his JOB to deliver the goods in a timely fashion and when promissed. if it's going to be late, their responsibilty is to inform YOU. YOU are the customer and THEY are the service provider. no doubt your phone # is on the bill of lading along with your address. by in large i'm very dissapointed in customer service these days. i got escorted out of mclendons (hardware store) by the security guard 2 weeks ago when i told 3 managers how poor their c.s was and how they could fix.
