I thought you guys had laws on the books about harshing other people's mellow down there in Scruz... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) But seriously, yes, the concept of customer service is disappearing. Or maybe I'm just getting old enough that I can complain about everything going to hell... |

Or maybe I'm just getting old enough that I can complain about everything going to hell... I thought you guys in Berkeley did that naturally... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) No, I thought our special gift here in Berzerkeley was to see that this decline in customer service is just another example of How The Man Is Keeping Us Down by turning us against each other. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smoke.gif) This is different from my college in the 80s, where our special gift was to see this as just another plot by the forces of white male-dominated, global patriarchal corporate oppression... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yawn.gif) I'm so glad I left all that behind and took a job with a Big Evil Bank. Now in exchange for my paycheck I just, you know, oppress the helpless, tread upon the downtrodden, do a little light soul crushing of the people working with me. So satisfying!
