After the Autocross this past saturday I was merging onto the 91 West and hit a friggin deep pothole on the passenger's side. What happened? I guess it shook violently enough to bust two bolts fron my front swaybar mount on the body. Holy crap! That would explain the thunk I hear every time I hit a bump.
This was after dropping the front end about ½" and moving the droplinks inward about 1½" inward on stiffness. The car handled great until this happened! |

sideshifter + solid engine to bar mounts + sport outer mounts? sounds like the bar will bounce around now, and the shift rod (if you remember) passes through the bar (which WAS stationary)
12 pack of guinness says you will have shifting issues due to the shiftrod interfering with the now movable engine bar. |
