Not to rain on your parade, but I'd question the quality of paint prep, if they didn't pull these before painting.
More than likely you won't be able to remove them without leaving some kind of chipping, or at best a scribe line. At this point, I guess I'd let it alone, and live with it as is. But don't ya just hate it when you know it isn't as it should be?? |
