Hey all,
Had a great time but the drive home and being home has been even more thrilling! As Rick (2-OH) and I were cruising west on the 60 the sand storm was amazing. I got the left side of my car sand blasted on the way out to the BBQ and the right side on the way home! We almost had a big rig dump over on us! As I went to pass, the trailer not only swerved but "tilted" up on the rear 4 right wheels (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon_bump.gif) . Thank goodness my teener runs quick! Then a couple of miles later a road sign blew into the middle of the fwy. Then there was a dust storm that turned the 60 into sand drifts and the travel trailer that lost it's top. I didn't even want to try the 15 so we hung in there until the 57. Then I get home to find the hills above my Canyon Country home on fire! Luckily the wind was blowing the fire away from my house but Rick (2-OH) called this morning and it is burning in the hills above his. What an adventure! Hey Ron, how about turing off the wind machine for next year!
