I had contacted several of the member vendors and got preliminary nods for give-aways. Almost universally, they wanted me to contact them closer to the event which at that time was September.
What should we do with the give-away stuff? In the past silent auction has been used. I suppose the money was then used to defray costs but if we keep this simple we should cover the cost in the registration. How about simple drawings at the dinners? |
