Currently have:
2000 Subaru Legacy donor car EJ25 165 hp/165 foot-lbs torque engine Subaru axles 914 Hubs 4 lug wheels 914 CV Joints Bremar Kit installed Questions: Am I ok with the 4 lug wheels and 914 hubs? Are they strong enough for this drivetrain assuming I don't modify it for more power? I had Riveria wheels on my 914 in the 70's and kind of want them on this car if they are strong enough. I am expecting to take those long Subaru axles to a machine shop and have the outboard ends machined to accept 914 CV's/hubs. Am I right? And where do I get this kind of machine work done? Any suggestions? Thanks all. |
