howdy y'all, went to viginia to visit my son who is in the marines, stationed near norfolk. i had forgoten how "pleasant" the weather can be this time of year. i spent the 4th at virgina beach with 4, 18 to 20 marines in a motel room over looking the fireworks barge, best seat on the beach. these guys are headed for iraq and can't buy a god damn beer. i took care of that. we had beers. the fire works were great. the humidity was pretty high. nice bunch of young men. HUU-RAHH!!! the best 4th of july i have ever had and sort of the worst at the same time. back to the reading. oh, almost put the rental Alero off the road. they sure don't corner like a 914.
