Alright, I'm just now running the wiring for what will add the 'oomph' to my sound setup. I've got a spare 100W (50x2?) i'm using, as well as 2 subwoofers (not sure their peak) by IBM (preboxed). Discussing what amp-fuse to put on the hot lead, i ask my neighbor who's done plenty with cars for 15 years. He suggests 30A fuse, but also brought up the thought that my Alternator won't be able handle all the draw. I won't be reaching anywhere near peak on these... but will this become an issue? I took the precaution of buying an Optima Gel-Cell (rated at like 300 amp-hours or something). Should i look at a higher-output alternator?
