Can anyone tell me the ID, OD, and thickness of the washers used in the rear shock assembly?

The PO of our car swapped out and removed a bunch of stuff. I have a stash of various large washers I can pick through, but can't find specs to know what's correct. They all appear to be NLA, so hard to even find pictures. Are any of these unique in that they're concave or slotted?
  • #4 914-333-503-00 Cap - boge -
  • #5 901-333-511-00 Stop washer
  • #9 914-333-515-01 Washer (aka suspension shim?)
  • #13 914-333-515-00 Washer

Thank you.

P.S. Is it safe to reuse the rubber bump stop (6), donut (11), and cone (12) bushings fi they're not thrashed?
