I noticed a timy paint bubble by one of my windshield nozzles and, knowing there was going to be some rust under it, I peeled it up. !!! Ack! There seems to be more than a bit... !!! How best to sanitize this? The rust is just on the surface, so should I just sand it off and repaint POR-15 it and paint?
